THIS TRAINING IS INTENDED TO
- Provide updates on the company’s strategic direction.
- Understand the RACI (Responsibility, Accountability, Consulted and Informed) matrix better and Treadwell’s commitment to its customers.
- Work together as a team from the same office and understand each other better.
- Provide training and support for the key aspects to improve overall productivity.
- Encourage team building and networking among remote team members.
- Facilitate open discussions and feedback sessions.
TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION
Most of the team in the Philippines is based in the region around Manila, and only a selected few would require overnight stays. @Junisa Revilla has already contacted people who would require overnight stays and travel booked in advance.
LOCAL TRAVEL ENTITLEMENT
- Public Transport: To and from travel expenses by public transport will be reimbursed on actuals.
- Own Vehicle: If you are travelling by your vehicle, you will be reimbursed per KM rate of PHP35.00/Km.
- Please keep all invoices handy for reimbursement purposes.
INTERCITY TRAVEL ENTITLEMENT
- The intercity team will receive an entitlement for accommodation and travel in a separate email.
- Please keep all invoices handy for reimbursement purposes.
