Treadwell's ACCESS SYSTEMS for quench tower

Owing to the corrosive environment of the quench towers, an oil and gas company was looking to upgrade their current framework in order to enhance and maintain the versatility of the quench towers.

Quench towers releases a large amount of gases and precipitation of impurities each day. This circumstance cancels out a range of traditional materials.

Treadwell offered the solution of RailEX® handrails and GratEX® grating. These systems are light in weight, as a result they were easy to install. We also minimised their future maintenance cost and effort as FRP requires little care after installation.
